Our Chasers are manufactured as per international standards and cater to the requirements of tube and pipe mill industries. These chasers have accurate thread profile and correct parameters with respect to fitting and setting. Raw material used for these chasers is High Speed Steel (imported), generally M2 grade.

M.C. Tools has a rich background in manufacturing of Tube and Section Forming Rolls for ERW Tubes and SS Tubes. A dedicated team of experienced personnel to design these rolls, CNC machines for profiling and CNC wire-cut templates make these rolls highly precise and conforming to the standard required. The entire range of these rolls for the production of tubes with diameters ranges from 1/4" to 20” diameter for round pipes and up to 300 x 300 mm and 400 x 200 mm for square and rectangular pipes. Mostly, these are manufactured using material D2, D3 or EN31. The Welding Rolls are crafted using Hot Die Steel (H13) due to high working temperature.
