Tools is well equipped to meet all types of needs including Helical gears, Worm Gears, Spur Gears and Bevel Gears. Commonly used grades are: EN19, EN24, AISI 8620 and EN353. Using our extensive experience, range and manufacturing capabilities, gears can be manufactured in both standard and custom sizes.
Shafts always support the revolving section of a mill. Since these shafts are subjected to bending, it should have high level of toughness, maximum strength and low stress concentration. To avoid breaking, Case Hardening of these shafts is practiced to maintain a soft core and a hard surface. Grades used are: EN9, EN19, EN24, EN353 and AISI 8620.
