This is a motorised Hollow Balls and Beads making machine suitable to make small to medium size Gold and Silver balls for jewelry making and similar use.
The machine makes the hollow balls or beads or oval shape or barrel shape hollow balls from a strip of metal or by using hollow tube of the metal. It uses a specially designed die to give the desired shape to metal strip or tube.
The machine is designed to give high volume production and is also widely used in immitation jewelry use for making copper or other metal hollow balls. The machine is generally used for making balls from 2.0mm diameter upto 6.0mm diameter balls.
The hollow ball making machine is powered by a1.0 HP capacity AC electric motor running on single phase supply.
