This is a steel fabricated mechanical power press brake with robust steel frame to ensure minimum deflection. It is provided with several salient features:
a) Twin type gear drive system provides a balanced transmission of torque on the eccentrics.
b) Fork type connecting links are mounted on the side frames thereby avoiding eccentric loads.
c) Disc type powerful clutch & brake are highly efficient.
d) Motorized Ram adjustment is provided as standard
e) Additional Bolster plate provided in higher capacity machines.
The machine is supplied complete with electric motors, control panel, stroke counter, standard Die block and punch, hand operated back gauge, guards and shot lubrication.
This is a C frame Steel body Power Press available in both inclinable and fixed type designs.
It is available in 16 different sizes from 5 tons to 250 tons capacity in geared and ungeared models with different stroke lengths and different bed size to suit every requirement.
Extra accessories including machine mounts are available against order.
These are heavy duty Hydraulic Press Brake machines available in a wide range of capacities ranging from 20 tons to 500 tons in pressure and job sheet size from 1500 mm to 5000 mm in length with 1.62mm to 20 mm in thickness.
