Pedestal Grinding Machine

We offer both the bench and pedestal grinders, which are mainly used by forging industries and foundries for heavy duty grinding applications. Provided with superior quality stamping and die cast rotors, which are dynamically balanced rotor, minimal vibrations and smooth running is achieved. These robust machines are provided with two grinding wheels and adjustable tool rests. Our machines feature: eye shields are recommended, which are supplied as a standard accessory available in two models, with and without coolant system (coolant pump, tank, tray and fittings) water pot and machine lamp can be supplied at extra cost heavy duty adjustable work table available at extra cost use of high quality grease for lubrication (recommended use of grease lithon3 or equivalent) machines of different voltage and different frequency can be supplied against specific orders We also offer Abrasive Belt Grinders and Flexible Shaft grinders. Flexible Shaft Grinder Machine

Flexible shaft grinder portable base

Flexible Shaft Grinders are widely used in fabrication workshops, foundries and heavy industries. It is ideally suitable for heavy and or lengthy jobs where it is not possible to lift the job or get the same close to the grinding machine. Machine is mounted on Castor Wheels and can be easily moved around close to the job. The machine is fitted with excellent quality motor made from superior quality stamping and die cast rotors which are dynamically balanced minimizing vibration and ensures smooth running. The motor runs at 3000 rpm and is suitable to run on 220 volts single phase or 440 volts three phase AC electric supply. The flexible shaft grinders are available from 0.5 HP to 3.0 HP capacity and are supplied complete with one flexible shaft of 2 meter length ( 3 meters for 2.0 and 3.0 HP machines ), wheel guard and coarse grinding wheel. Collet attachment for mounted point grinding wheels can also be supplied. The machine can also be used for polishing by attaching a buffing attachment which can be supplied against order. Abrasive belt grinders are very versatile machine generally used by forge shops, press shops, ferrous & non ferrous foundries, fabrication shops, engineering industries, plastic & glass industries, rubber & leather industries, wood industries etc. The machine is fitted with excellent quality motor made from superior quality stamping and die cast rotors, which are dynamically balanced. This helps in minimizing vibrations and smooth running is achieved. Telescopic tendering arm for belt tensioning is provided. Machine is supplied complete with Abrasive Belt, Serrated Rubber Contact Wheel , Rotary Switch Starter and Safety Belt Guard. Machines are available in two Models i.e. Single ended and Double ended. And in bench type or pedestal type.
