To obtain best results from the machine, correctly designed inlet and outlet through are essential because the tube rotates at high speed and must be controlled before and after straightening.
ROLLS: Made from Alloy Steel, Hardened, Hyperbolic Profile Ground and Lapped. Hyperbolic Profiles designed to accept wide range of tube diameters
ROLL CARRIERS: Designed to give maximum Roll Stability even when fully extended
MAIN DRIVE: Drive to the rolls by two totally enclosed gear boxes, each having three/five output shafts, connected by universal joints. Bottom rolls and Upper Rolls driven independently. Gears are single helical made from Alloy Steel, hardened & ground. Motors connected to the input shaft of the gear boxes by flexible coupling / V belts
ENTRY GUIDES: Entry guides made from Special Elastomer provided for the entire range
GUARDS: Perspex transparent screen guard provided in front of the rolls.
CONTROL PANEL: A control panel housing all electrical controls for running the machine provided.

- All fabricated design- Supplied with hydraulic power pack with 3 HP motor complete with 15 Tons hydraulic cylinder double acting, hydraulic pump, foot switch, limit switch, etc.- Capacity maximum chambering length x width: 1800 x 100 mm- Supplied with one set of die and punch for hot leaves chambering
Operation: - The downward Movement of the press is operated by a foot switch. On releasing the foot switch, the press goes upwards and stops at the position of the limit switch. By adjusting the position of the limit switch, we can control the stroke of the hydraulic cylinder.- The position of the bottom die can be lowered by fitting it in the additional holes provided on the side beams.
- Machine made of M.S. sections and flats. An all steel body, nut bolted and welded structure- Used for cutting EN-45 steel spring flats- Equipped with alloy hardened cutting blades- Shaft and pinion are of forged steel. Gears of Cast Iron (hobbing machine cut)- Speed: 38 strokes a minute- Operation by clutch system, operated by a foot lever- Drive through a 5 HP electric motor with necessary pulley and 'V' belts- Capacity to cut maximum 200 mm wide x 20 mm thick EN-45 flats
- Machines are gear driven and the speeds can be changed by pulley- They are suitable for inside as well as outside threading with taps & round split dies respectively- In the Vertical model machine, the spindle of machine travels automatically with the help of a suitable lead screw (as per the threading job). The travel of the spindle can be reversed and stopped with the help of limit switches provided- All the gears and shafts are tempered and ground and the pillar shafts are hard chromed- In the Horizontal model machines, the tailstock moves with gunmetal bushes on Hard Chromed Shafts- In the Horizontal model machines, the threading can be controlled to the desired position and reversed by a built-in stopper (in model Horizontal TR-20/25) and by limit switches control stopper (in model Horizontal TR-20/40).
