The Roll Forming Line consists of the following:
1. Uncoiler: Single Head Type, 4-Leaved, Expansion and Collapsed by Screw. Simple shaft and screw mechanism. The shaft is inserted inside the coil eye hole and tightened by the screw fitted on the shaft. After mounting the coil on the shaft, the shaft is then mounted on the bush block and rotated by the pinch roll.
2. Roll Forming Machine: 17 stations for forming the corrugations
3. Hydraulic Cut-Off Machine: This shear strikes slowly by hydraulic cylinder. The shear comprises a fixed lower knife beam and upper moving knife beam actuated by one hydraulic cylinder. A Spring operated sheet clamp will be provided to hold the sheet during the shear operation. A Hydraulic Unit provides hydraulic power for the shear. It comprises a hydraulic pump and A.C. motor mounted on a mild steel tank base plate. The unit is complete with oil filter, filler cap, oil level indicator with dial and the necessary supply and return flanges. A control station is supplied and is situated in a convenient position. The station contains the necessary pressure gauge, control valves, other hydraulic valves and necessary piping.
4. Control Cabinet: This unit consists of one control panel for hydraulic and forming machine, limit switches, emergency stop, electric cable, etc. Its function is to start and stop the Forming machine, to start and stop the Hydraulic Power Pack and to control Hydraulic Cylinder of Hydraulic Cut-Off Machine.
