Perma Plast
perma plast - ac is silicate based liquid which acts as a plasticizing accelerator for cement concrete and mortars. Perma plast - ac admixed mortars and concretes set fast giving early & final high strength. Perma plast - ac is of special use in shot-creting, guniting and concreting in very low temperatures. primary uses :
  • in fast setting concretes and mortars
  • concreting of pre-cast elements
  • concreting & rendering in very low temperatures
  • in reducing rebound losses in sprayed mortar

Perma Hyper Plast is based on hyper plasticizing sulphonated synthetic polymers. It may be dispensed at dosages varying between 1 to 2 percent by weight of cement depending upon type of concrete require. Primary Uses :

  • Perma Hyper Plast is recommended in all high grade concrete which has a cement content of over 400 kgs. per m3
  • Perma Hyper Plast is recommended in hot weather concreting where work ability retention over long periods are required

  • Primary Uses
    • To increase workability

    • To water proof RCC structure and plaster
    • Typical Applications
      • In areas of congested reinforcement where high workability is beneficial
      • In pre-cast concrete manufacture

      • Action Perma PIast-EX is a plasticizer which disperses and deflocculates the cement particles within a concrete mix. It can be used to improve workability without the addition of extra water, or to allow reductions in free water content of the concrete mix. Direction for Use Perma Plast-EX should be added to the concrete mix during the mixing cycle at the same time as water. Never add Perma Plast- EX to dry cement. Dosage Field trials should be conducted to determine the optimum addition rates of Perma Plast-EX. A dosage range of 100 ml to 200 ml per 50 kgs of cement is recommended as an initial starting point.
