In demanding situations and in critical applications when the performance of the conventional tile grout or the tile fixing adhesives and tile mortars are not measuring up to the performance criteria required in the given situation, then addition of Perma Grout Admix fills this gap by enhancing the performance of these products to the full satisfaction of the site requirement.
PRIMARY USESPerma Grout Admix is used in the tile grouts and to improve its flexibility, adhesion to the tile edges and to make it crack resistant. Perma Grout Admix enhances the color of the tile grout and makes it lustrous. Perma Grout Admix enhances the overall strength of the tile grout and makes it highly workable in the plastic state. In hardened state the tile grout becomes resistant to wear and tear and powdering.In tile adhesives and in tile mortars Perma Grout Admix improves the mechanical strength and improves adhesion characteristic, makes the mortars and adhesives more workable and improves wetting of the back of the tile.
GUIDE TO APPLICATIONMix Perma Grout Admix with water in the proportion of 1:1 and use this mixture in tile grouts and tile adhesives and tile mortars to get the desired consistency of application. All normal practices of tiling and tile joint grouting need to be followed as usual. Since the adhesive property of grout gets enhanced it is suggested that the cleaning of the tile of the spillages of the grout on tile may be done faster or alternatively use masking tape on the edges of the tile.
COVERAGEGenerally 10 kgs of powder ( whether Tile Adhesive or Tile Joint Filler ) requires 2 litres of liquid ( which is Tile Grout diluted with water in 1:1 proportion ) to make a workable paste. Hence one litre Perma Grout Admix is required for every 10 Kgs of Tile Adhesive or Tile Joint Filler. The coverage of the paste is governed by the TDS of those powders.
CAUTIONWhen Perma Grout Admix is used in Tile Grouts there will be an apparent gain / loss in the shade on the tile grout on the darker / lighter side. But when the grout dries it is expected to match the original shade. However it is advised that trials be conducted to ascertain the correct out come of the shade with the use of Perma Grout Admix and suitable shade of the Tile Joint Filler be selected to match the required end the result.
PACKINGPerma Grout Admix is supplied in 100 ml, 500 ml, 1 ltr, 5 ltr, 10 ltr & 20 ltr pack.
SHELF LIFEPerma Grout Admix can be stored in standard conditions for a period of 24 months from the date of manufacture.

DESCRIPTIONPerma Rheo Plast -210 is a high range, low dosage, super plasticising admixture for slump retention. It is a product based on refined naphthalene formaldehyde.
PRIMARY USESTo produce self- compacting flowing concrete. To produce high early strength concrete for delayed slump retention and for long over hauls. Ideally suited for commercial RMC plants and concrete made with crushed sand.
TYPICAL APPLICATIONSFor the production of high workability concrete where heavily congested reinforcements exist or poor access is available. To produce flowing self compacting concrete which requires minimal labour to place. For the production of high strength, high workability concrete. Particularly beneficial in hot climatic conditions and in ready mix concrete.
ACTIONPerma Rheo Plast - 210 dramatically increases the workability of concrete mixes by its powerful deflocculating and dispersing effect on the cement particles.
