Application & Process :
Automatic Volumetric Liquid Bottle Filling Machineworks on volumetric principle with syringe & piston & nozzle. It is used to fill liquid in bottle in pharmacy, food, dairy, agro chemicals and Beverages industries.
The unit is made compact, versatile and enclosed in stainless steel elegantly matt finish body, consists of S.S. Slat Conveyor, Drives unit with syringe & piston, Reciprocating Nozzle with self-centering devices & No container No filling system arrangement is standard features of the machine. The main drive of the machine and conveyor drive consist of gear motor with synchronized variable drive.
Containers moving on S.S.304 Slat conveyor from turn table or washing machine, feed below the filling nozzles through a settable twin pneumatically operated stopper system. The twin pneumatically operated stopper system and reciprocating nozzles can precisely match for centering of container below nozzles, to avoid spillage of liquid on container. Liquid suck by syringe & piston assembly and fill in bottle through nozzle. Filling doze can be adjustable by eccentric drive block. To minimize foaming adjustable nozzle will reciprocate according to filling dose, nozzle will go upwards slowly from bottom level of bottle towards neck during filling.

Automatic Rotary Piston Filling Cum Sealing Machine is versatile, self-supported on stainless steel structures. The machine is precision built with rotary head with drives for filling and sealing. Containers are feeds from washing machine or unscrumbler and moves on SS Slat conveyor, feeds below the filling nozzles through feed worm & in-let star wheel. Filling station is consisting of volumetric filling head and a central rotating liquid reservoir tank. This reservoir tank is filling with liquid continuously by external source. In-feed liquid controlled automatically by sensing the liquid level in the reservoir tank with the help of floating level switch to actuate pneumatically operated solenoid valve. Fill volume adjustment can be done by a screw, which changes the volume of all the syringes simultaneously. Fine adjustment of individual syringe is to be possible with the help of mechanism provided on top of the individual syringe.
After filling star wheel bringing the container below the sealing head in the subsequent indexing part, mean while the bottle pickup a cap from the delivery chute of cap feeding bowl, where the body and the neck of the container are positioned below the rotating head, where the sealing head is performing perfect operation of threading & sealing and move container further process for inspection, labeling or packing.

The Tippler-Lifting and tipping device is a hydraulic device which is having an arm used for lifting and turning FBD bowl by 180. The operation is completely dust free and eliminates manual handling or scooping.
The FBD Bowl is placed beneath the Tipper. The inverted cone of the Tipper is lowered so that the brim flange of the bowl touches the inverted cone. Both are clamped together with quick fixing clamps. The whole assembly is raised.

Containers are feeds from air jet cleaning machine or unscrambler and moves on SS Slat conveyor at desire speed, feeds below the funnels through feed worm & in-let star wheel with 16 station funnels. The powder filling head is mounted from centre pipe, which gives flexibility to adjust position of wheel and to be sets weight by adjust piston working. Powder is fill in hopper and agitator in hopper is fills powder in rotary filling head with consistency and uniformly. Powder wheel is consist of piston in each feeding head and vacuum plate at behind of powder wheel, which is fitted with zero clearance so, powder is fill in head by suction of vacuum and fill weight can be adjustable by piston working. After that powder head is indexing further and there is closed powder scrapper to scraps excess powder. The vacuum is remaining in head till filled head reaches in vertical position to drop powder in funnel by help of compressed air, sterilized low pressure air or nitrogen gas sequentially flushes so powder comes out from port of powder wheel and fill in to funnel. Funnels are mounted on rotary plate with aligned to bottles mouth and moves on star wheel assembly with up and down plate form to tight fit connect with funnel for filling.

Description & Operation :
Theleak test machineis used for checking of leakage and to be check of capacity of joint of filled IV fluid plastic bottles. This is inline checking system with visual inspection and sticker labeling machine and packing conveyor belt.
An IV Plastic bottle Leak Check machine is equipment consisting of special stainless steel conveyer belt with hook system, Rotary Bottle forwarding assembly, Hylum wheel with rubber belt and spring loaded pressure assembly and drive unit. The Leak check machine has stainless steel structure with moving S.S. slat chain. Structure made out of S. S. square pipe & supported on adjustable bolts.
The central S.S. conveyor belt brings the filled IV fluid plastic bottle from manually loaded in hopper and further transfer by special conveyor belt one by one to rotary wheel. These bottles are automatically one by one transfer to rotary forwarding wheel & further on the Hylum wheel for pressurized checking. The pressure on the bottle is to be set as per requirement these system work on spring loaded. Due the pressure on the IV Plastic bottle the leak bottle will more leaked with pressurized flow of material so it is easily visualized inspect and it will be manually rejected and ok bottles are conveyor to further process for sticker labeling. Also if any joint of plastic bottles are weak then it will be leak due to pressure and rejected.

Fluid Bed Equipment with Wurster Coater Bottom Spray for Granules Coating or Pellet Coating :This process is used to apply a coating to the granules or pellets. This process knows as wurster coater. In this process the spray is done inside a hollow cylinder and from the bottom of this cylinder the pellets are allowed in small quantity to enter the hollow cylindrical tube. Than the particles are passing the bottom spray guns in orderly manner quickly moving upward the tubes to avoid agglomeration. Once they are outside the wurster compartment, they move downward outside the compartment where they dry another layer of coating can be supplied. Since the movement of the particle or pellets inside the wurster chamber totally controlled in ensures uniform.

Application & Process :
De-Dusteris pharmaceutical processing equipment that removes the fine surface dust from tablets through using vibratory effect. This machine can be linked directly to any type of high speed tablet press.
In spiral deduster there is vibrated spiral path perforated sieve. The tablets enter in centre of perforated sieve from directly Tablet Press then they are gently vibrated and the tablet to move forward, turning and rotating along the spiral path of perforated plate to outer peripheries.
In Elevating Dedusterthere is vibrated up hill type sieves. The tablets enter bottom inlet of perforated sieve from directly Tablet Press then they are gently vibrated and the tablet to move forward, up ward , turning and rotating along the spiral up hill path of perforated plate to outer at top of the sieve.
These remove the layer of surface dust and edges of tablet. The dust is collected by a dust extraction system through a hose pipe spigot connection and the tablet fall into the container.

High Accuracy Metal detector for Tableting
Application & Process :
The metal detector is designed for the detection and removal of minute pieces of ferrous, nonferrous and stainless steel contaminations in tablet. Such particles sometimes enter the product stream from deteriorating processing equipment components such as worm sieve wires or splintered dies. This metal detector removes metallic contaminants automatically and without production interruption from a stream of tablets or capsules. A metallic contaminant in the product change the high frequency field within the detector coil, which in turn activates a reject flap by pneumatic solenoids. TheDust Extractorunit is used for controlling dust in process of Tabletting and packing. The unit strongly recommends the use of dust control equipment with all Tablet press and De-duster.
Dust laden air enters the collector through an expansion chamber, where heavy dust particles are deposited by gravity. The fine dust passes upwards through single large orifice and is finally collected by filter. Extruder is used to convert wetted powder / Dough material into uniform size extrudes / granules with addition of binders. Applications are mainly pharmaceuticals, chemicals, Agro Chemical, ceramics, herbals, polymers, catalysts, food, sugar industries etc.
Axial Press extruder has either single or twin screws, depending on the output required, which transfers the materials to the flat die. The thickness of the die can be provided as different thickness to deliver a range of compressive energies. The axial die perforation size range available from 0.7 to 5 mm with varying thickness up to 5 mm.

Basket Extrudershave proven successful in many industries, including pharmaceutical, agricultural chemicals, and inorganic chemicals among others.
Basket Extruderprovides the lowest pressure method of wet extrusion combined with moderate sheer. To form granules from 0.5 to 5.0 mm in diameter ourbasket extrudersprovide a very versatile means of wet extrusion. They produce consistent extrudate from wetted powders at laboratory through multiple ton per hour extrusion capacities.
In the upper chamber of our basket extruders the counter rotating internal breaker bar system breaks larger clumps of wetted feed material to allow gravity to convey the wetted mass down into the bottom extrusion rotor arms which, in turn, densifies the material and extrudes it through the screen basket. Formed extrudates are discharged without damage by our proprietary discharge chute design.
Product extruded with basket extruders has a stable structure with a large surface area which provide the optimum pliable properties for spheronization.
Basket Extrudermodels are available with capacities from bench level scale to over 3, 000 Kg/hr.
Separate basket extruder designs for pharmaceutical and industrial applications are available. Uniform Spheronize pellets Process
Application & Process :
This machine is particularly designed for pharmaceutical, food and chemical laboratory small batch tests. Spheronizer enables uniform coating and accurate free flow filling into capsules drug applications within the pharmaceutical industry require consistent smooth surface particles, with a narrow size distribution.
Spheronization helps to eliminate dust within the agro-chemical, pigment, and catalyst industries. This can reduce the risk due to toxic, environmental, and explosive hazards. It also improves processing consistency and productivity by using consistent free-flowing product and to reduce product settlement in transport of powder products prior to packaging.
Spherodizer (also known as spheroinizers) provide a spherical product that is a more attractive as well as higher performing final granular product form than unspheronized. The Spheroinizers are implemented to produce uniform spheres for a wide range of technical as well as marketing driven reasons. Spheroidization can be used to improve the following:
Narrow size distribution is controlled through the use of one of Prism's extruders such as Basket Extruder or Axial extruder to define the diameter of the feed material for the Spheronization Process.
Feed material to the Spherodizer falls onto the high speed rotating chequered plate within the walls of cylinder of Spheronize of pellets. This plate contains many small sharply edged pyramids which cut the feed granulates to length at approximately 1 to 1.5 times their diameter. Centrifugal and gravitational forces create a mechanically fluidized ring of these particles which are impacting not only the plate but also each other and the walls with great velocity. With these impacts, they are reformed into spheres with a slight surface densification. Fines which were generated during the process are worked back into the spheres themselves leaving a very low dusting process with spheres which tend not to dust because of their slightly harder exterior and lack of corners.
Variables for this Spheronization process include the formulation, the plate's pyramid sizes, the plate's rotational speed, and finally the time that the granules are allowed to stay inside the spheroinizers.
Batch processing is typical for the requirements of pharmaceutical applications while the larger industrial Spheronization applications often employ the higher capacity cascade Spheronization method where granules are continuously moving through 2 or moreSpherodizerbowls in a cascade layout to create the final spherical form required.
Pharmaceutical spheroinizers are available with capacities from 0.25 Kg per batch to 60 Kg per batch. Industrial cascade spheroinizers with capacities to 100 Kg per batch are available.

TheMoveable hoistis use for transfer the material dust free and without human touch in pharmaceutical industries for Load powder in to RMG bowl, Load powder in to hopper of tablet press, Load tablet in to hopper of blister pack & Coating Machine and online sifting and milling as well as container one room to another room.
The Drum Lifter consists of a main frame made of machined alloy steels. This flat make a "C" type basic structure. It is perfect in geometry and accuracy in terms of inside sliding width. Inside there is a carriage which runs on the rollers. These rollers run on ball bearings and are having a locking rim which allows rollers to glide smoothly inside the main frame and in straight line only. The load which is carried by the carriage moves upward without any bending or tilting. Rollers are made up of alloy steel having ball bearings and special rubber oil seal. The Structure is completely cladded / Covered by S.S.304 Sheets completely covering the structure and argon welded to avoid any screws for the cladding.
This entire structure is supported at both the ends by moveable trolley mounting structure for easy mobility. Inside the main frame there is a hydraulic cylinder which lifts or lowers the pulley to which the carriage is connected. Hydraulic cylinder is actuated by double solenoid valve which can make it move upward and downward. One can raise lower or stop the load at desired position. Hydraulic cylinder is also having a flow control valve which controls the linear speed of the load. There is a limit switch at the lower and upper ends which determines the endpoints for the lift and that can be set by the user as per their requirements. On the front side there is rubber /nylon sandwiched belt which is PVC coated on both sides and it covers the front side completely as the carriage moves upward or downward side. Thus entire hoist is covered from all sides allowing no tablet dust to enter inside. The hoist will have power pack kept on the service floor and hydraulic tubes will come through the main housing internally.

Bin (IPC)is a container made from SS 316 sheets having cylindrical Body and taper bottom. A lid is provided on top. The lid is big so that complete washing the IPC is easy. The Bin is seated on a detachable stand or fixed leg made of SS 304 pipe stand, having forelegs and each leg is fitted with heavy duty castor wheel of special design with ball bearing and SS side frame (2 nos. fixed and 2 Nos swiveling).
Bin (IPC) are used for handling, storing, transporting and mixing of pharmaceutical powders and granules before, between and after various processes. They are designed and manufactured to be handled through their own trolley and offer the advantage to leave the trolley at floor when the container is raised up to be positioned onto process machines like tablet presses, sachet filling machines etc.

Liquid- Solid Filtration & Separation Process
Thefilter pressis a solid liquid separation device using the principle of pressure feeding. It is highly efficient, compact, dewatering device for separating solids from liquid slurries in the form of compressed cake. It has wide range of applications by several industries like Pharma, bulk drugs, distilleries, beverages & other industries.
The unfiltered liquid is fed into the filter under positive pressure, where liquid travels in downwards direction and finds its way through opening on sides of the Filter Plates. As the liquid pressure increases, the Filter media holds the foreign particles and allows only clear filtrate to pass through the central channel formed by interlocking pressure cups to the outlet. Visual Bottle Inspection Machine is used for visual Inspection of filled bottles to checked for non required foreign particles & leak checking and to ensures maintain quality standard of products as per requirements in Pharmaceuticals & Foods Industries.
Inspection table is equipment consisting of a three-track conveyor with a hood with lighting arrangement and visual inspection background of alternate black & white color. Inspection table have stainless steel structure with moving S.S. slat chain. Structure made out of S. S. square pipe & supported on adjustable bolts.
The central conveyor belt brings the bottle from the capping machine conveyor. These bottles are automatically bifurcated on the two adjoining conveyor belts & further on the side tables for operators sitting on either side of the table. The operators in turn pick up the bottles & visually inspect the bottles in the alternate white & black background to check for any partials in the liquid filled, sealed & breakage of bottle. Automatic Air Jet Cleaning Machineinbuilt Unscramble is a compact unit used for cleaning of Dry Syrup pat bottles before filling.
This machine works on a principle of back pressure of Bottle which will be fed by the unscramble to reach separator assembly, which transfer the Bottle on conveyor belt and pushes bottle to the cleaning section one after another. Machine consists of two inverters and one cleaning section. Bottle will be pushed by rotating separator towards the in feed inverter, which makes the Bottle in the wrong direction and push it to cleaning section through back pressure of other Bottle. Cleaning section is equipped with continuous vacuum system. Bottle reaches to the cleaning section, a pair of nozzle starts to flush the air inside the neck of the Bottle and simultaneously vacuum will suck the particle, disturbed by the air. Then Bottle passes to another inverter, where changes the direction to the right direction, further Bottle moves either to the filling machine.
