Application & Process :

Tablet Inspection Machine is used for visual Inspection of Tablets, both coated and uncoated type of all sizes, most conveniently and at a very high speed, ensuring strict Quality control at the same time maintaining good checking rate.

The tablet to be inspected are filled in the Hopper and is automatically placed on the Conveyor belt through vibration, while at One end of the belt an operator inspects the 'Front' side of the tablet and at the other End the second operator inspects the 'Reverse' side of the tablet. Further, the Machine consists essentially of an Endless Nylon Conveyor Belt, driven by a variable speed motor and designed to offer for inspection the front and Reverse of a Tablet.

High Speed Uniform Granulation Process

Application & Process :

Oscillating granulator is used for gentlehomogenization, size reduction, grading and sieving of dry, sensitive powders and granules in pharmaceutical, chemical and food industries.

Oscillating Granulator has one rotor with five edges, which oscillate on horizontal axis at about 180 per minutes. There is one half round sieve mounted at the bottom of the rotor. Product is charged from the top through in feed hopper and material falls on the rotor lades. The particles are broken by a set of oscillating bars arranged in cylindrical form over a screen of suitable mesh. Due to the sharp edges on rotor, the downsizing of particle takes place and through sieve material gets pushed outward from the bottom opening.

Application & Process :

The Prism's advanced high efficiencyautomated tablet coating machineis mainly used in pharmaceutical and food industries. Featuring mechatronis and confirming to the requirement of cGMP. It is a high efficiency, energy saving, safe and clean equipment for film and sugar coating of tablets, Pills and candies with organic film, aqueous coating andsugar filmetc.

Automatic Tablet Coater is designed for the application of:

  • Film Coating with organic solvent, Enteric Coating and aqueous coating

Working Principle :

The tablet to be coated make continuous complicated orbital motion the closed rotating Drum under the action of a streamline of Baffles. During the motion coating medium automatically sprays according to the technological process and rational technological parameters, at the same time hot filtered air supplied under a negative pressure. The hot air penetrates through the tablets core layers and is discharged from the bottom of the layers, so that the coating medium sprayed on the surface of the tablet cores will dry rapidly and evenly, thus forming a solid and smooth surface film on tablet. The whole process is finished under the automatic by PLC Controls with touch screen Interface.

The Roll Compactor machine is used for increased bulk density, making granules, dust free processing and reducing particle size of pharmaceutical ingredients in pharmaceutical industry, in food as well as chemical industry for densification and granulation of powder.

The material in form of powder passes through the two counter rotating rolls of roller compactor under very high pressure. As the volume decreases through the region of maximum pressure, the material is formed into a solid compact sheet or flakes of ingredients.
