Application & Process :

Automatic Measuring/Dosing Cup Placement & Pressing Sealing Machine is used to placement of dosing cup on bottle in pharmaceuticals, food, dairy, agro chemicals and Beverages industries.

The unit is made compact, versatile and enclosed in stainless steel elegantly matt finish body, consists of, Automatic conveyer belt, Measuring Cup feeding unit & Pressing unit. Sealed bottles are automatic move toward pressing head on slat belt and during moving picks, measuring cup from feeding unit. Then presser roller assembly is press measuring cup on bottles and after bottles are moves bottle for further process on conveyer.
