white shrimp has gained popularity with producers and consumers for its affordability. Mostly available in middle and smaller sizes, white shrimp are popular with retailers and chain restaurants. Their flavor is slightly sweeter than the black tiger and they dont tend to turn a bright red when cooked (more slightly pink).

spiny lobsters are sold fresh live and frozen in raw tails and meat as well as whole. Spiny lobsters are typically graded by the ounce and fresh supply is mostly available before the new year. These warmwaterlobster tails will be smooth and have a spotted, greenish shell. It has a soft texture, delicate flavor and is frequently marketed as warm water tails.

King crab is processed at our strategically located shore side plants, on board our floating factory processors, or aboard one of our catcher/processing vessels.
The golden king crab is the smallest of the three, typically with an average weight of 5-8 pounds from tip to tip. Red king crabs are considered the most popular and prized king crab for consumption around the world. The largest of king crab can grow a leg span of 6 feet across and weigh over 20 pounds.

Squid are tubular shaped with ten tentacles or arms. Their meat is firm and chewy, with a mild and often sweet flavor similar to Cuttlefish.
The Squid we sell come in several sizes and variations. The product offered here has 5 to 8 inch long cleaned tubes (body) with wings.
