Details :

  • Blast cleans internal diameter of pipe from 51 mm to 91 4 mm & upto 12 M. length.
  • Removes stubborn rust. carbon. mill scale. old paint etc. to get virgin metal surtace which is ideal for further coating.
  • No rotation of pipes required.
  • No electricity necessary.
  • Simple to operate. just select a proper tool and couple it with blast hose of P-7 Abrasive Blasting Machine. Push thee tool through the length of pipe to the oposite and. Start blasting while witlidrawing tool at a speed necessary to obtain desired degree of cleaning.
  • A high productive tool. favoured by reneries. missile and rocket producers. water and gas companies. pipe linesrs. shipyard. cleaning stacks and chemical facturies etc. Supplied with centering colllar and adjustable centering carriages to suit varied range of pipe diameters.
  • Recommended to use with standard P-7 Machines of Suitable capacity to match with compressed air requireinensts. Variety of abrasive of 18-44 mesh are used except sand. aluminium oxide and silicon crbide.
