Pull Cord Safety Switch?
Its a safety device where a long rope (cord) is connected to a switch.
If someone pulls the rope from anywhere, the switch:
Trips immediately
Sends a stop signal to the machine (usually via safety relay)
How it Works
The rope is stretched along a conveyor or machine
The switch monitors tension in the rope
When:
Rope is pulled, or
Rope breaks / loosens
The switch activates (trips) and stops the system
