All these stickers are joined to a server through a sophisticated algorithm software. Whenever the Jeevan Raksha sticker is used by a Nek Insan to call your family, they are sent the phone number of the caller as well as the location of the accident automatically. 

By taking our premium service you and your family members’ phone numbers are not displayed to the caller and are kept hidden. In case of no internet or a non-smartphone, a special 6 digit IVR number of the premium sticker is displaced, which can be used to make the call. After expiry or non-recharge of the talk time of premium service, it gets automatically converted to the basic service and your numbers start getting displayed.
