Agate Pebbles

Our liner sets are tailor made and it is very easy to fix them in the ball mill and the bonding material suggested white cement and quartz powder in the ratio of 1:2 and one litre sodium silicatemagnesium silicate for every bag of cement used for quick drying. After fixing the side liners the drum lining work should be taken up. Because of using the quick drying compound you can take mill lining work around the clock, curing time 23 days. The liners are offered in thickness of 100115mm, 120135mm in special case. We also fabricate liners of 30405060 & 75mm that can be used in the potglaze mills as well. We also fabricate hand cut cylinders in sizes of 30 mm to 100 mm which after few hours of tumbling can be charged in the mill. When compared to natural pebbles & porcelain our pebbles will give better grinding results and all the tile tableware sanitaryware bone china insulator industries are backing our products.
