Owing to our 25 years of experience in this field, we are skilled in several aspects of architecture including licensed premises, nursing homes, industrial units, factories, schools, office blocks, sports facilities, casinos, domestic housing, and amusement arcades. Our end-to-end solutions are offered at a pre-decided fee. Also, we ensure that the contract is followed stringently throughout our dealing with the client.
Our architectural services are divided into 4 major stages that are mentioned below:
Stage 1: We first get the appraisal of the scheme before preparing the scheme design after a survey of the premises or land. Moreover, we take care of the budget of the proposal.
Stage 2: After this, we prepare extensive production drawings that include planning, elevation, drainage, sectional details, and site location drawings. These are submitted to the local authorities for essential approvals,
Stage 3: We prepare proper building specifications with designing areas of plumbing, heating, and inviting contractors for the supply of competitive tenders. These services are rendered in compliance with a quantity surveyor.
Stage 4:The final work is to supervise the construction work and getting essential valuation certifications. We calculate the fee for the entire work based on a percentage of the cost of the construction. It varies as per the project size from 5-10%. However, the fee can be negotiated if only one or two stages are availed
