Fully Automatic Cap Sealing Machine suitable for Liquid or dry powder line.
The machine is supplied with a sorter which helps deliver the caps in one direction to the chute and then on the neck of the bottle through the chute. The machine comes in different models depending upon no. of heads. 
The machine is simple in operation and can be attached to any filling machine & can be synchronized easily.

• Cap type : screw / Ropp.
• 1/2/4/6/8 head Model, The machine is fitted with SS. Slat chain conveyor.
• The sealing head comes down automatically to perfectly seal the bottles.
• Adequate centering cups provided for proper alignment.
• The machine is fitted with A.C. drive for the conveyor.
• No container No cap arrangement.
• Vibrator assembly for cap feeding.
