    Automatic Horizontal Top-Side Sticker Labelling Machine

    The Automatic Horizontal (Top-Side) Sticker Labeling System consists of a main structure, product transmission belt with guide adjustment, label dispensing unit, label pasting by nylon brush & sponge roller, motors, sensors, electrical panel, PLC & HMI (Feather touch Keypad), a batch printing unit (OPTIONAL), AC drives & mains ON/OFF.

    Feature Of PLC System With HMI

    • No Product No Labeling.
    • Fiber Optic based Product sensor to sense the product (Sensor Make: LEUZE/BANNER/SICK).
    • Fiber optic-based Label Gap sensor to sense the gap between two labels (Sensor Make: LEUZE/BANNER/SICK).
    • The unit is made of compact design & user-friendly operating HMI.
    • Over Current / Temperature Protection.
    • Special HMI functions like Product Delay & Pre dispensing Length make it easy to machine setting.
    • Label dispensing speed can be set digitally by using HMI.
    • System Refresh: This function is used to feed the label size into the Controller. Whenever you change to a new label type or size press REF key. Three labels are dispensed to get the exact label size.
    • Motor unlock facility for changing the label roll.
    • A printing facility is available.
    • A total counter facility is available with a password-protected reset button.
    • PPM (Product per machine) facility is available.
    • HMI with four-line display and feather touch keypad for operating.
    • Capacity to speed control AC drive from HMI.
    • Multiple program facilities.
    • Label Break/Roll End/Missing Label (02 Nos.) – Machine Stop. When there are two consecutive missing labels or a broken label role this error occurs. The HMI screen shows it as “Label Break/Roll End/Missing Label”.
    • Two nos. continuous missing label in the label role automatic machine stop.
    • The Panel unit is made in a compact design & easily serviceable/Removable.

    Operations

    • Products coming from the onward conveyor/are to be loaded in a horizontal position manually to the labelling machine conveyor.
    • The speed of the conveyor is adjusted (synchronized) to maintain the desired speed with the help of PLC.
    • Other parameters such as p-length, p-time, delay time, dispenser speed etc. are then set on the PLC.
    • The label roll is fitted on the label roll disc & is guided by the guide rolls.
    • The label dispenser is fixed on top of the conveyor.
    • The machine is then operated with the help of PLC.
    • As soon as the product sensor senses the products, the PLC commands the label dispensing motor to rotate at the desired revolution. This is controlled by the label gap sensor which senses the gap between the two labels & accordingly, the label gets released from the dispenser & applied to the products.
    • A nylon brush & sponge roller will paste sticker labels on the products.
    • Labelled products shall proceed for further operation/to be collected manually.
