Ball Float Steam Trap Module

Description: The Indoanushka make Ball Float Steam Trap Module is designed as a complete steam trapping solution for draining of condensate from any kind of process vessels. The module consists of a standard ball float type steam trap for continuous discharge of condensate, fitted with a Y-type strainer with inbuilt blowdown valve before the trap and a double window sight glass with cap nut arrangement after the trap. All assembled and factory fitted with flanged ends. The strainer (MAINTENO) with blowdown valve – a prerequisite for the float trap helps you to have a choke free operation of the steam trap and simultaneously clean the online strainer without shutdowns. The double window sight glass (MULTIVIEW) fitted after the strainer helps you to monitor the functioning of the steam trap by helping you to see the discharge of the trap. The special capnut type arrangement of the DWSG ensures pre-stress free glasses for a longer life.
