This batch type of pasteurizer is manufactured using high grade of stainless steel. The unit is completely rust proof, robust in design and keeps the dairy product contaminant free.

The tank has a cylindrical inner shell on the outside, provided with dimple jacket with an inlet and outlet media through the outer shell, a conical top and bottom 15° of  stainless steel 304. Inside the tank, the cylindrical part, welding lines are ground and on the outside, welding lines are pickled and brushed. The whole tank, except the top is insulated with mineral wool and a propeller type agitator with motor for avoiding sedimentation in milk.
