We at AAC Machines have developed a specially designed AAC plant catering specially to the smaller capacities (70-200 m3 per day).
We believe that India has huge potential for smaller sized AAC Equipment. The daily increase in transport cost has led to lesser radius of distribution, making small AAC plants more feasible than larger ones.
Our plant design is made in such a manner that only 7 people are required to run the AAC Machines per shift. No heavy cranes or equipment is required to run the Mini AAC Plant. The entire Mini AAC Plant runs only on 75KW power capacity!!
Batching, Mixing in our AAC Machines are controlled by specially developed PLC programs, which help accurately dose the components in liquid or solid form in our AAC equipment.
AAC Cutting Machine is also controlled by PLC processor. A cutting accuracy of +/- 1 mm can be achieved on this AAC Cutting Machine. Size of cut can be changed by PLC operation in less than 30 seconds!!
We can also supply you the system and steam accessories that will help you run the autoclaves. We have designed a system which helps you seamlessly operate the autoclaves with help of PLC and also generate reports as per batch requirements in your AAC Plant.
We not only supply the AAC Plant, but also assist you to install and run the machines. We also provide technology training in preparing the optimum mix design to suit the available raw materials in your country.
