The semi automated processing centre at East Koratty, Thrissur observes stringent quality checks at each level. The plucked pepper is machine graded to segregate into black, white and grain quality pepper. The pepper to powder is sent to the grinding machines. The waste from the grinders are disposed . Only the best and finest powder reaches your kitchens. A magic combination of rice flour and corn flour adds to the subtle taste of compunded white pepper. The plant has been accrredited with ISO 9001:2008 and FSSAI for food safety and ISO 22000: 2005 for expertise.
