Bucket Elevator

We are offering bucket elevator. A bucket elevator is used for elevating small lumped material to heights of 50 meters or more for feeding into bins or silos or into processing machines. They are avaiable in 2 designs.centrifugal discharge, positive discharge the elevator comprises of a number of pans or buckets fitted continously onto a endless belt or chains and .travelling at a speed from 30 m/min for positive discharge elevators for sticky and hygroscopic material to 150 m/min for free flowing material in centrifugal discharge elevators. The casing can be single box or double leg the latter being prefered for out door installations for lesser wind resistance. The elevtor has a working platform at the top end which also supports the drive and hold back arrangements. The material is fed into the boot section hopper and discharged over the head pulley/sprocket into a discharge chute from where it is guided to the storage bins or processing machines.
