STATOR FRAME AND END SHIELD
These are of high quality cast iron and machined to close limits to give accurate alignment of bearings, the frame and feet being a single piece, completely covering the working parts of the motor.
CORES
Both the stator and rotor cores consist of thin lamination of high quality silicon steel insulated from one another to reduce the core losses to a minimum.
WINDINGS 
High grade super-enamelled wire is used in stator windings which are thoroughly dried and impregnated with insulating varnish and backed to assure good insulation.
SHAFTS 
Shafts are of high grade mild steel machined to close tolerances and is ground accurately for the bearings to be mounted.
