1. manufacturing & supply of automatic asphalt batch mix plant, generally consisting of following accessories :
a. cold aggregates feeder bins – 4 nos. & 1 no gathering conveyor with a.c. Variable frequency inverter based variable speed drives on each bin.
b. single deck vibratory screen for oversize material removal
c. slinger conveyor for feeding cold aggregate into dryer drum.
d. dryer drum (thermo drum) fitted with auto burner. The drum is driven by friction drive arrangement with 4 nos. Geared motors.
e. bucket elevator
f. screening, hot bin, weighing & mixing tower
g. insulated bitumen tank fitted with pumping station
h. fuel storage tank
i. mineral filler unit
j. bag house filter
k. computerized control panel with printer
l. control cabin fitted with air conditioner.
2. complete maintenance tools including suitable ammeter and voltmeter.
3. operation & spare parts manual
4. safety operating tools (helmets and masks for 5 persons, suitable size 3 numbers fire fighting filled containers and emergency first aid box)
5. essential spares for 1 year trouble free normal operation.
6. drawings (site plan, electrical circuit, piping and panel wiring)
7. supervision of erection & commissioning as per the clause in terms & condition of commercial offer.
