Description

• The containers will be coming from the Filling Machine will be taken into the entry turret of the rotary capping machine, with the help of screw feeder for proper Separation.
• The caps dumped into the vibratory Feeder will come out of the chute after orientation.
• The cap will pick up the caps holder while being moved to the capping Station.
• The capping station will have capping tool with torque Adjustment.
• The torque adjustment helps in setting the required torque thereby avoiding damage to the caps.
• When the caps come below the capping head, the capping tool comes down and the cap gets pressed.
• After capping the capped Containers will be released on the output conveyor with exit turret.
