Car Frame

A Car frame is made from structural steel to support cabin platform & encloser with safety device underneath the frame. Instantaneous Safety blocks are provided to stop & hold the elevator, incase excessive descending speed is attained. This is achieved by means of a speed governor installed in machine room, connected to cabin, by means of a steel wire rope, with necessary devices.Safety gear electrical contacts are mounted on car top frame. It cuts off safety circuit stopping the elevator, prior to application of safety gear. Adjustable car frame 1140mm to 1440mm are used and all common suspension types 1:1 and 2:1 are used.
