The machine is a monoblock carton erection with stacking model top load filling
The jumbo model is suitably designed to pack relatively bigger size master cartons
CLD/Carton bundles to be stacked on an adjustable magazine driven positively
Cartons will be erected and presented to filling station along with flap locators
Product from end of line is arranged to the matrix size in the matrix table
The matrix is pushed to the specially designed receiving plate inside the table
The cycle repeats till the CLD is filled with top layer and ejected on completion
Bottom and top taping are done by closing minor and major flaps automatically
Sturdy base frame and safety covers with polycarbonate and limit switch interlock
PLC : allen bradley make with HMI support with fault indication system
FESTO/SMC pneumatics / air consumption 20 CFM @ 6 Bar Pr / power : 3 KW
Speed depends upon the matrix combination ( effective cycles x matrix size )
Infeed conveyor is with customer scope or supplied by us at additional cost.
Safety light curtains (Beam Sensors ) is not a part of the scope which is optional.
The machine is versatile and suitable to pack pouches, bottles also
Change over parts are as applicable extra
