These heaters are constructed using high-temperature refractory steatite insulators which support the resistance wires (FeCrAl or NiCr), ensuring excellent electrical insulation and mechanical strength.
Designed for versatility, our bobbin heaters can be used for direct air heating or inserted into radiant/immersion tubes for heating liquids and semi-solids. A key advantage of our design is the ease of maintenance; when used with a protection tube, the heater can be replaced or repaired without draining the process tank, significantly reducing downtime.
We offer complete customization in terms of power rating, voltage, length, and diameter to suit specific industrial furnaces, ovens, and liquid heating applications.
