Description : CETPATCH is polymer modified cement based, ready mixed dry mortar for concrete and cementitious floors.

Direction for use :
Surface preparation :

• Remove all oil, grease, dirt and loose materials by using mechanical tools like chisel, wire brush, scrabble, shot blast.
• Cut the floor or concrete to get rectangle shape and sufficient depth for filling. Under no circumstances depth of filling should not be less than 12 mm. Edges can be cut to an angle less than 90 degree for better results.
• All the construction joints, expansion joints can be retained as it is or modified based on the requirement.

Bonding agent : Cement slurry modified with CETCRETE SBR can be used as a bonding coat. (1:1 proportion)

Mixing : Take the required amount of water in a mixer and then add the CETPATCH powder; mix for 3 to 5 mins with a drill mixer or a paddle type mortar mixer until a smooth lump free mix is obtained.

Placing :

• Place the mixed material on the repair area immediately when the bond coat is tacky with a trowel to a required thickness. If the thickness is more than 25 mm, same should be filled in two layers with a bond coat.
• For a large application area, it should be divided into small areas of 1.5 to 2 sqm and then filled.
• Allow final layer to set for 24 hours and cure with water (light curing) for 3 days.
• Light traffic can be allowed after 24 hours
