Check Valve

Valve is a mechanical device, that allows fluid (liquid/gas) to flow through it in only one direction. Check valves are two-port valves, one for fluid to enter and the other for fluid to leave and are commonly used in household items. Check valves work automatically and are not provided with any valve handle or stem. These further requires a minimum upstream pressure, known as cracking pressure at which the valve will operate and ensures optimum performance.
