Product Overview

Rewinders’ End Connector removes all type and class of insulating enamels and varnishes like polyvinyl formal, modified polyvinyl formal, polyurethane, polyester, modified polyester, polyester-imide, polyimide, poly-amide imide dual coats and any other stubborn enamels/varnishes.

Replace stereotype method of removing enamel by scrapping or burning.
Designed viscosity to have complete control over capillary effect.
Jelly type consistency enables adherence to any thickness diameter wire and strips.
As compared to scrapping or burning method, it does not affect the metal surface and, hence, the instrument coils have no chance of burning at the time of voltage fluctuations.
Prevents formation of metallic oxide on surface and, hence, does not make metal brittle which normally occurs while burning enamel.
Prevents breaking of wire or reducing diameter/thickness, which normally occurs while scrapping.
Strips stubborn enamel/varnish, unlike dissolution, the adjoining portion of enamel remains unaffected.
It reduces number of operators employed for coil-winding section.

1	IECCO REC-101	Semi-jelly, Non-acidic.	Removes all type and class of insulating enamels and varnishes from coil-ends of winding wires and strips and undesired backed impregnated varnishes from the armature, motor-body, etc. This works at room temperature and very quick in action.
2	IECCO REC-111	Liquid Non-acidic.	Removes enamels and varnishes from the coil-end and strips by immersion method. Also used to remove enamels/varnishes from the rejected winding wires, strips, stamping and similar articles for direct re-enameling and/or re-varnishing or for similar applications or for sale as copper/aluminum scrape.
3	IECCO REC-105	Semi-jelly Acidic.	Removes medium type of enamels and varnishes quickly from the coil-ends and undesired backed impregnated varnishes from the armature, motor-body, etc. This works at room temperature.
4	IECCO REC-155	Liquid, Non-acidic.	Removes high temperature enamels and vanishes including H-class, Dual coating quickly. This works at temperature of about 95 degree C- 105 degree C using temperature-controlled solder pot. This product is unsuitable for aluminum wires/strips.
5	IECCO REC – 157	Liquid Acidic	Removes high temperature enamels and varnish including H-Class dual coat. This works at room temperature.
