Plasma cutting is a contemporary way of cutting metals with speed and accuracy. Compressed air enters Plasma torch through Plasma source and comes in contact with high voltage electric flash generated by electrode and immediately gets converted in Plasma state which has optimum temperature and controlled delivery through nozzle on the surface to be cut. This gives proficient cutting with high accuracy level for the given thickness. Phoenix CNC has provided number of CNC Plasma Cutting machines to customers who are more than satisfied with consistent cutting quality and sturdiness of the machines. Our machines are equally used to cut metal art works by job workers as well as for cutting industrial components OEMs in 1 mm to 40 mm or even more metal thickness. Machines are available in Table top models (1300 x 2500 mm and 1600 x 3100 mm cutting sizes) as well as Gentry models with customized dimensions from 2 mtrs to 4.5 meters width and 3.5 meters to 18 meters in length.
