Cocon Sorting Table

Purpose: 
To Sort out defective Cocoons which affects the Reeling Performance and quality of Silk

Specifications: Length: 2.5 Mtr
                             Width: 0.6 Mtr

Power Requirement: Single Phase

Standard Specifications:
1. The Sorting Table is designed for manual operation. It consists of a Hopper made of 18 Gauge CR Sheet which is Powder coated for smooth finish.

2. Rectangular Table is fabricated with 20 Gauge C.R Sheet box type with semi translucent milky Glass fitted on top. 4 Nos Fluorescent tubes of 40 Watts are fitted below. Sliding arrangement is provided for easy maintenance of the Lights without removing the Glass.

3. The legs are made of 25X25mm 14 gauge Square Pipe and Cocoon Collector is provided at the other end.

4. Internal electrical wiring is done without affecting the sliding movement and a D.P switch is provided.
