Collar-band cutting machine is another Special Purpose machine automated using Orion control system. This is an automated feeding machine which is stepper controlled. A fixedsettable length of card-paper is fed through a set of rollers. Relay outputs activate a pneumatic valve movement, resulting in 150 pieces of collars per minute.
