Continuous Strip / Sheet Casting Machine

The continuous sheet caster can cast steel strips or sheets of sizes 50 mm x 2 mm to 150 mm x 2 mm to 600 mm x 2 mm.t this is a very economical processsince slab casting, reheating and heavy rolling is not required. The process actually combines casting and rolling and hence quality is not compromised. The photo shows a pilot caster being assembled at Technocrafters, Mumbai. We have a manufacturing tie-up with Technocrafters. An in-line warm rolling stand gives good finished sheet of 600 mm x 1.5 mm.
