Electronic DC Coils
The CS7 line includes voltage options with Electronic DC Coils. CS7E Industrial Relays are the same size as AC relays which results in a lower depth than typical DC relays. CS7E relays are more energy efficient, easier to wire and promote uniform panel appearance. Available from 12V to 220V DC, learn more from the CS7E literature.
Designed For Long Life
The base CS7 relay consists of four poles rated to 25 general purpose amps. Up to eight additional auxiliary contacts may be added for a total of 12 poles. Auxiliaries are rated up to 10 amps general purpose. Unlike commercial relays that are essentially disposable, CS7 relays are extremely rugged with interchangeable coils. They are designed for long life and reliability.
Positively Guided Contacts For Safety
CS7 control relays are perfect for fail-safe control circuits. An interlock contact design, which maintains minimum 0.3mm clearance, prevents the NC contact from reclosing if the NO contact is welded when in operation. This feature includes not only the base contact poles, but extends to the front andor side mounted auxiliary contacts. This is a requirement in safety circuits.
Effortless Installation
CS7 relays are DIN-rail mountable for instant installation and modification. Fittings are also included for base mounting. All terminals are clearly marked and shipped in the open position for installation with either manual or power screwdrivers. A complete identification system is also available using self-adhesive labels, paper tags or plastic clip-on tags.

Many CS7 accessories are interchangeable with the CA7 contactor product line, reducing inventory costs. CA7CS7 auxiliary components convert the basic four pole relay into a:
