I. Basics

Type - 4-step Handling Table
Dimensions- As per Extrusion Machine Capacity
Water tank 1) Length: 2000 mm to 3500mm (L)
2) Type: flooded water quenching tank
3) Material: stainless steel

II. Initial & lead out table 

1) Length: As per requirement
2) Aluminum rollers with heat resistant sleeve
(Temperature resistant 580℃, material: PBO+Kevlar); 

Remark: heat resistant sleeve will be cut into three phases; the purpose is to extend service life
3)Up initial lead table, equip 3 sets of cooling ducts (power: 3KW/set), Under initial lead table, equip 4 sets of cooling fans (power: 0.37KW/set); 

III.Hot Saw 

1) Equip 1 set of Hot saw; blade motor
2) Equip automatic lubrication system;
3) The Hot Saw can continue to cut even if puller not works; 

IV. Run out Table 

1) Dimension: As per Customer Requirement
2) Transmission type: chain transmission;
3) Aluminum rollers with heat resistant sleeve temperature resistant 480℃, material: Kevlar, all rollers will be cut into three phases;
4) Adopt push-pull type hydraulic system for up/down process;
5) Protective cover is against rotation chain pulley;

IV-I. Run-out Transfer Table (1st step)

1) Dimension: As per requirement
2) Heat resistant felt belt Temperature resistant 500℃ material: Kevlar
3) Individual felt belt can be changed without dismantling axle;

IV-II. Cooling Table (2nd step)

1) Dimension: As per requirement
2) Heat resistant felt belt Temperature resistant 500℃ Material: Kevlar
3) Equip 14 sets of cooling fans under table (power: 0.55KW/set);
4) Individual felt belt can be changed without dismantling axle;

IV-III. Stretcher Transfer Table (3rd step)

1) Dimension: As per Customer Requirement
2) Heat resistant felt belt Temperature resistant 250°C, material: nomex
3) Individual felt belt can be changed without dismantling axle;

IV-IV. Batching Table (4th step)

1) Dimension: As per Customer Requirement
2) Heat resistant felt belt Temperature resistant 250°C material: nomex
3) Individual felt belt can be changed without dismantling axle;

V. Stretcher Detail

1) Stretcher Capacity- As per Customer requirement
2) Stretcher bed: As per Customer requirement
3) Control of stretcher- Pneumatic / Hydraulic as per Customer requirement
4) The Stretcher head jaws can be de-twisting (360°);

VI.Saw Transfer Table

1) Dimension: As per Customer Requirement
2) Temperature resistant: 180°C, material: polyester]；other rollers with heat
resistant sleeve temperature resistant: 180°C, material: polyester;
3) Adopt push-pull type hydraulic system for up/down process;
4) Protective cover is against rotation chain pulley;

VII. Product Saw Table

1) Saw blade diameter- As per requirement

3) Auto cutting with a linear walking guide
