The model aempf200 is widely used in filling cream, paste, gels, fevicols, resins, adhesives, or any other semi-liquids in tubes bottlescontainers in cosmetic, chemical, ayurvedic, food and pharmaceutical industries.
Machine structure:
the machine consists of a hopper, an oscillating stainless steel valve, stainless steel piston- cylinder assembly and a cam arrangement. A motor of ½ hp connected with a gear box helps in driving the valve, to and fro to suck the material from provided hopper and discharge through the nozzle. Any fill volume can be adjusted (as per syringe) by rotating the set screw over eccentric cam provided on the gear box output shaft. Various fill volumes can be achieved by selecting the size of cylinder during the order, there are cylinders with capacity10,15,25gms 50 gms, 100gms, 150gms, 200gms, 250gms, 300gms, and also 500gms available with us according to order. Horizontal as well as vertical models available as per order. The machine is covered and cladded by ss sheet metal and finished to mirror. All the material contact parts are made from stainless steel 304316 quality material as per customer specifications. Gmp models can also be made on request.
Working:
operating of this machine is very much simple. A very much user friendly machine with no maintenance which helps to increase production to the maximum. When the material is poured into the product hopper, the machine is ready for start. When the start switch is “on” the machine starts to fill at particular intervals, say 3 seconds. The speed of filling is fixed in this model. A maximum speed of 15 fills can be achieved from this machine. The only thing keep in mind while operating this machine is that the machine once started will fill intermittently after particular time intervals, so alert labour is required to avoid wastage of product.
