Cross Section Rolls

KS Roll Craft manufactures a variety of rolls for cross-section profiles to regular cylindrical, square and rectangular tubes. Each profile requires a carefully crafted set of rolls. Designing of the rolls start with a flower pattern, this is a sequence of profile cross-sections, one for each stand of rolls. The roll contours are then derived from profile contours. We use the simulation process to validate the designed rolls & optimize the forming process & material stresses in the final product.
