We source our organic wheat from farmers who are registered with one or more of the following certifiers:
australian certified organic (aco),
national association for sustainable agriculture of australia (nassa)
organic food chain (ofc) or
demeter australia
many of our growers are also certified for nop (us), and jas (japan).
All our products are free of genetically modified organisms (gmo).
Kosher certified: available on request.

Shelf life
storage conditions - cool and dry, ideal temperature 8-12 degrees celsius
maximum shelf life -
up to 24 months from date of packaging in optimum conditions (8-12 degrees celsius)
up to 12 months from date of packaging in ambient conditions (12–25 degrees celsius).
optimum conditions are favorable for insect infestation; use good pest control to protect & package.
avoid excessive humidity and strong odors.
No responsibility is taken for product if stored in humid, hot, dusty or infested storage. We will accept no responsibility for infestation once product has been accepted into the customer’s storage facility.
