M d c is required to control air pollution.these units are installed with boilers alongwith the chimney and heavy duty fan.
Cyclone tubes/reversion cells, inlet  tubes, inlet guide  vanes, outlet  tubes  and  outlet  guide  vanes  are  installed  in  the  multiclone  dust  collectors.  These  are  wear  parts  and  need  replacement  from  time  to  time.
All  these  spares  are  manufactured  in  various  wear  resistant  specifications  such  as  :

• Alloy  cast  iron  with  hardness  200/250 bhn
• Alloy  cast  iron  with  hardness  250/350 bhn
• Ni-hard  with  hardness  350/450 bhn
• Ni-hard  gr-4  with  hardness  450/600 bhn.
• Or  as  per  customer’s  specifications
