Electrode Drying Oven

The Electrode Drying Oven GMP-GC-06 is a unique design model which offers complete protection to welding electrodes by preventing deterioration caused by absorption of moisture (due to the electrodes being hygroscopic in nature). This oven with its thermostatic control/energy regulator/digital control could be used as a dual purpose cabinet. If set at a lower temperature it could be used as an electrode storage cabinet, while at a higher temperature it could be used for the recovery of electrodes which might have become wet. The construction is double walled, insulated mild steel cabinet. The oven is duly powder coated and the inner chamber has a heat resistive silver paint with 2� thick high density glass wool insulation in between the walls.
Temp.Range : 50^oC to 250^oC/350^oC with an accuracy of ±5^oC in thermostatic control and ±1^oC for digital control (PID Type). The machine comes in two models; one is cabinet type, while the other is portable type with either square or round model to choose from.

• Forced Motorized Air Circulation by motor blower for Uniformity of temp inside Oven either from Bottom or Top extra

High Temperature Flux /electrode Drying Oven Model : Gmp Gc-06a Temp-range; 50^oC-400^oC
This model is triple-wall in construction, both outer (duly Powder coated) & inner (heat resistive silver paint) in CRCA/ MS body with high insulation of 100mm in between two walls ,but with belt driven motorized MS Blower at its centre for uniform Air-circulation fitted at Top of Oven with asbestos/Teflon bonded square gasket at door with Press-fit lock arrangements & with Blind Temp Controller (ANALOG),

• Heater : Made up of SS304 Finned type with HOT+COLD zone & terminal taken out of Oven on back-side with safety cover,
• Rating : 4500W (Inner MS working)
