quality: grade a, feather off, outer yellow skin off, well clean, washed & fresh, outer hard nail on, without bad smell
black spots: maximum 3% black pad or ammonia burns
broken bones: maximum 5%
moisture: less than 3%
frozen requirements :

- blasted at: minus 40 degrees celsius
- storage at: minus 20 degrees celsius.
- temperature during transportation: minus 18 degrees celsius
