Flexo Printing Machine

Multi-colour and single-colour precision flexo-printing machines from Flexor Allied for corrugated packaging boxes.
We create custom made machines to suit different requirements. We manufacture quality, durable, 2 colour paper printing machines with an accuracy of ±1 to 1.5mm.

Construction & Features:

• The standard machine has the maximum printing area of 70"x52" and can pass paper with the maximum dimension of 72"x60" - but these can be custom built to suit different needs
• We use qulity materials and stringent quality control to ensure sturdy, long lasting construction
• Strong and well balanced drum owes its strength and equilibrium to heavy duty seamless pipes, precision turned, aligned and balanced
• Perfect registration at feeding point ensures accuracy
• Anilox roll with 180 mesh engraving and Neoperene coated MS roll for transfer of colours means greater consistency and also the flexibility to use water as well as spirit based colours
• Printing paper is automatically collected at the rear part of the machine over a slanted platform, thus saving the cost of a labour
• 2HP Motor with 2-step pulley achieves two different speeds -1000 and 1500 papers per hour
• Stereo with thickness ranging from 3mm to 5mm can be used effectively in the machine. Nylon or rubber stereos can be used. Mention thickness of the stereo while finalizing the order
• Specially designed machine can print paper as wel as board (upto maximum of 5 ply) with pressure release system
