Floating Roof Drain System

Saanvika Corporation manufactures Floating Roof Drain Systems which are maintenance-free and easy to install in an External Floating Roof tank. Saanvika Corporation designed and manufactured a Floating Roof Drain System to suit (tailor-maid) the EFR tank data. We design Floating Roof Drain System as per API norms. We ensure the proper drainage of water from the External floating Roof tank. The flexible composite hose is specially designed to withstand internal or external pressures. The flexible composite hose is suitable for 100% aromatics resistance. The hose is made with a multilayer of polypropylene/polyester/ PTFE film. The SS316 helix wires are assembled to inner and outer surface multilayer fabric and the end of the hose is swaged with ANSI 150# RF Flanges. The Galvanized steel or Stainless steel bracket is assembled to the flexible composite hose for smooth working. Custom designed The size range is 3-inch to 6 inch Suitable for 100% aromatic products.
