Platinum fluid bed coater is suitable for coating of fine drug pallets. the pallets are coated with the help of a wrester design product chamber, with bottom spray gun and partition in the center of distribution plate. the air distribution plate is well designed to give uniform air flow for uniform coating without agglomeration. The pallets when coated with the solution will be lifted to such a height that they get fairly during by the time they reach the product chamber thus avoiding agglomeration.

a bottom section jack box made out of ss 304g which connects the bottom of the product container to the inlet air plenum the bottom part of the inlet air section is equipped with a water drain port for easy cleaning & easy drain, a inlet butterfly damper valve flap close / opened function with a help of pneumatic actuator.
� inflatable gasket (silicon) arranged in bottom end of the expansion chamber, the inflatable gasket worked through plc panel which makes the system leak proof by symmetrically sealing the product container to expansion chamber, as well as bottom jack box to container sealing with container top & bottom joints.

Automatic pneumatic shaking system with each pneumatically operated shaking cylinder of the purpose of shaking filter, during the working process to remove fine material from the filter and to return it back to the product container.
� mesh housing chamber allows continuous fluidization during the changing & washing of mesh construction of electro pneumatically operated cylinder assembly suspended on a stainless steel eye bolt with clamping. Bottom of the mesh are sealed to the mesh housing by using inflatable gasket.
explosion chamber
