First. Gantry crane contain electric hoist single girder gantry (include gantry type), box type, semi-box type,truss type etc kinds of crane, main lifting ususlly adopt electric hoist, etc, crane transmission usually is four wheels double drive(if have special requirements such as big tonnage, big span etc span eight wheels four drive)the transimission mode contain minitype,ld ,lh gear transmission, three for one reducer general big transmission. The dimension of floor girder such as w,b1,b and so on can not ondicate one, bay the data in table is suitable dimension and donnot final data, thescale is confirmed according to final asssembly, matching is primary, other all of scale is for reference, the detail requirement is indicated one when user sign, what no indicate according to product, please refer to instruction when select.
Second.single main girder, double main girder, box type,truss type ,simple truss use short time(special use in project)etc, single main girder, double main girder etc adopt standard trolley as lifting mechanism , which with long life span, simple gantry crane used in short time usually adopt strypped-down windlass as lifting mechanism(working system a3-a4,use no frequently, low speed, short use period etc)crane transmission mechanism adopt three for one and reducer drive, 4wheels and many drive triveling etc ,so the track center of floor girder and below flange center and total length of floor girder cannot indicate one, the data in table is suitable dimension and donnot final data, the scale is confirmed according to final assembiy, matching is primary, other all of scale is for refernce , the detail requirement is indicated one by when user sugh,what no indicate is confirmed according to product, please refer to instruction when select.
